Return policy: We offer a 14-day return policy on items purchased through www.teledesign.com.au website. If you have any problems with any of the products you purchase from teledesign.com.au then you can return the item(s) to us, we will refund you. To do this please contact our returns department on Ph:02 9853 2500, obtain an RMA number then send the items back with this RMA number to us in resalable condition.

Warranties: Manufacturer warranties are only offered on products, and only if a warranty is available on those products, please inquire about warranties before making a purchase.
